The plan for the proposed area is to regenerate the site through a change of function and the transformation of the natural residential spaces and the public green areas, equipped with car parks and small areas of neighborhood.

The provision of new residential buildings, which will include the construction of five-storey buildings, it will define pleasing spaces, integrated with the new residential complex but also with the function of public services to the residents that are already present in the area. In this sense, the project should review the current state and the eventual planned transformations or in itàs closest and particularly in it’s boundaries, in a way to expect the eventual physical connections with the acess routes and the standard inner areas.
