The new planning instrument compares it with the new opportunities that invest the Preganziol's territory due to finish the Motorway of Mestre (Passante di Mestre) and to complete the realizations of two stops of the metropolitan railroad of Venice-Treviso line.
The main question set by the PAT is to imagine the historical Terraglio road axis as a place of flows and to valorize the town territory of Preganziol as a "place of welcome".
The PAT suggests to adapt the different places of the city to the new connection and chances, that the great works facilities will involve.
